Just eat healthy foods and have a regular exercise everyday. Just avoid foods that are bad to your health.

ever checked your your TSH, you might have hyperthyroidism or some metabolic disorder.

If you want to gain weight,you shouldn't do cardio, tennis is a very strong cardio training. You have to work with heavy dumbells. you have to work slowly and add weight gradually.You need to eat proteins before training and 20 minutes after training to grow muscles.There are a lot of coctails to gain weight,eat nuts with honey))) But the most important is the combination training with right food.
