Belfast: Administration assistant up to gbp14,000

Administration role based in the Lisburn area, you will work for a local blinds specialist.
Duties will include:
- Processing orders
- Scheduling appointments
- Data entry
- Filing
- Customer service
- Invoicing
- Maintain client files
- Photcopying and typing of general correspondence including reports and memo's.
Qualifications/ Experience:
The successful individual must be computer literate and confident in Microsoft Office and speadsheets. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential with the ability to use own initiative.
