UN and war crimes in former Yugoslavia...?

If UN war crimes tribunal Court in Hague was created to prosecute responsible for the war crimes in former Yugoslavia,(beside US-NATO leader), whosoever was involved in the destruction of former Yugoslavia,except Serbs,way are excluded being subjet of the international law of justice?

1) UN war crimes tribunal Court was created to protect powerful nations interest in Europe...
2)Succeessfully to get rid of former Yugoslavina and establish US-NATO military present in Serbian province Kosovo and Metohia...

If the UN war crime tribunal Court in Hague was establish to presecute murderess in former Yugoslavia,why are Serbs only prosecuted?...isn't fair to say; that the UN war crimes tribunal Court in Hague, was purposely established,not only to "protect" war criminals who ,,in order to gain independent State" were killing innocent Serbs,but as well to protect US-NATO leaders who help them for that purpose to destroy Yugoslavia.

You cannot ask a european court to charge an european organisation, there will be no justice, just deal with it
