London: Helpdesk analyst

Our client is in current need of an Help Desk Analysts to work on their busy help desk.
The purpose of the role will be to provide help to users via telephone and email.
You should ideally have at least 2 years experience working on busy helpdesk supporting :
Windows 2000/XP
MS Office
Active directory/Password resets
Printers
Knowledge of Heat or other call logging systems
