Position:
Sales Executive
Based:
Central London
Salary:
30K to 40K
Overview of the role:
To sell computer courses mainly via warm inbound and cold leads. Predominantly office based telesales, with the occasional in person sales. Target clients will be IT managers, IT professionals at anything from SMEs to Blue Chip organisations. Secondary target clients include computing graduate students.
Key Tasks:
* Selling high end professional IT training packages.
* Continually identify leads and new potential customers from external information sources
* Account manage existing clients and relationships in addition to developing new clients
* Maintain records of contact with customers using OrganizeME in-house software
* To hit individual monthly revenue targets.
* Administer all Sales support systems in line with internal requirements.
* Attend training sessions as requested.
Experience Required:
* Strong track record in selling IT training and IT products by telephone, email and in person
* Proven success in telesales and customer relationship based sales.
* Robust record of exceeding revenue targets and daily call rates
* Understanding of IT training market
Personal Attributes:
* Self-motivated, positive, confident and self-assured
* Results and target driven with a real hunger for success
* Excellent communication skills
* Must thrive in a vibrant, fast moving environment
* Flexibility to move outside the job description as and when required
