once a war starts, its consequences are dangerous for both military objects and ordinary citizens - this is the fact that must be taken into account by the aggressor country, when provoking war.

Russian side KIA- 68 soldiers, WIA- 102.
Georgia KIA- over 3000 soldiers WIA- ?
1600 ossetians were dead, over 30000 were refugees. And this 30000 refugees were covered on Russian territory, do you know why? Becouse Georgians were killing them and russians covered them.

Earlier Russia announced 74 soldiers and 2000 civilians killed. If there are respectively 68 and 1600 now, have those resurrected?

I will answer to you fellows. Did you see a confference of our General-Colonel Nagivicin? I took this numbers from our officials. But you may don't trust me, but let's see, Saakashvilly said that Georgians lost 58 soldiers, LIE because we destroyed the rocket boat (fact) with 60 crew on a board near Abchazia. And it was a hard battle in SO where KIA from Georgians side were much bigger than from our. Yes there were Georgians refugees , they ran to Georgia, because they afraid revenge from Ossetians. they ran from the city Gory and from Georgian's villages in SO (Georgians ran to Georgia, Ossetians ran to Russia) I think it is logic.

I'll try to follow your logic: Ossetians fled because Georgians were killing them, and Georgian civilians fled not because Ossetians were killing them, but for fear of revenge only. That is Georgians are bad, Ossetians are good!!!
Next - a patrol boat was sunk because the crew was probably killing Ossetians on the sea or on the beach and Russian govt being fateful to its obligation to save Ossetians from the genocide had to intervene, right?
Now, logically the number of KIA always gets increased either because severely wounded people may die or more KIA may be found later on. How come the Russian losses went down from 74 to 68 and Ossetian losses from 2000 to 1600?! By the way a certain Alexander Bastrykin, head of the prosecutor general’s Investigative Committee, put the figure at 134.
I don't know whether in Putin's Russia anyone can be trusted, but how can these two officials have such different figures? The conclusion - Moscow deliberaty inflated the number of civilian casualties and concocted some stories of mass atrocities so as to provoke ethnic Ossetians against Georgians and justify brutal ethnic cleansing carried out in the region.
As for the Georgian side, the casualties among military servicemen and civilians are announced 370.

Gomboreli. I am a common russian civil man,and you are common georgian,man. I truly don't feel hate or smt. to your people, we were together for ages.I don't know why we become an enemies,I know only that when we fought together against Germany, we were right, and when we fight against each other, that meance that we forgot somthing, you and me. I don't feel glory when TV tell me that ??? georgian soldiers were killed. It is policy , we protected russian people and you attacked them, for me it is enought.

What about the treaty that Russia signed to respect the Human Rights: the ECHR convention, isn't it part of the international law?

There is no place for law when people die. You know what Georgia did? They knew very well that Russia will attack, but, they wanted that for drawing the international attention. Imagine a child walking in the zoo, he sees a note near a tiger's cage - "Do not stretch out the hand", but he does. And what will the tiger do in this situation? He will bite the child of course.

you know that government duty (and most important one) is to guard its citizens lives? Our people have no less rights than any other. Other examples?
