Job Description
A Project Manager is required to oversee various types of project work happening in the Slough area, including Decent Homes, fire damaged properties and school maintenance and improvements.
With direct responsibility for 2 managers, who in turn manage 6 supervisors and approximately 50 tradesmen, the post-holder is required to take strategic view of the workload and processes, and ensure that schedules are planned effectively and labour allocated in a cost effective and productive manner.
Skills and experience
Measured and demonstrable experience of managing a Direct Labour Organisation or a senior role in a Maintenance Contractor is essential.
Proven track record in financial control and budget management.
Superior project management and planning skills.
Full driving licence required.
Other information
Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm Mon - Thur, and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday, with an hour for lunch.
25 days holiday.
