If somebody criticizes you in excess, it doesn't mean that this critics is always the constructive one.
It could be that the critics has nothing to do with you.
Think about the person, who criticizes you. Who is he/she? Try to concentrate not on his/her critics, but on him and his traits. You may ask yourself: "Is that person dominant? Is that person jealous? Is that person manipulative?" If the answer to those questions is "yes", then the person's critics is just the manifestation of his personality, and has nothing to do with you ! We all do mistakes from time to time, so small and unintentional mistakes don't count.
Now, if you discovered that the person's critics has to do a lot with him, but not with you, then why should you worry about his critics. In fact, that person is the victim of negative thinking, dominant attitude, jealousy, and desire to manipulate others. He displays qualities of negative personages from our childhood's fairy tails. Do you remember how we laughed at them? Take, for example, such a personage as Gaston, from "the Beauty and the Beast". And the list goes on and on. So, if somebody criticizes you in excess and without solid grounds for this, think about that fairy tail personage who resembles him the most. Do you still remember how you reacted to that personage? This might help you to deal with manipulators and dominant persons in your office, at home, etc.
