Belfast: Mothers help au pair

I have a 2 year old and I'm expecting twins at the end of August 08. Ideally I would like someone to live in, they would have their own bedroom, private shower room and tea/coffee/ snack facilities. I would also prefer someone who could help out with 2 or 3 nights and they would then have time off during the day. We are also planning to go to France for 3 months at the end of dec and Germany for 9 months so the person could come with us. I would also consider anyone who did not want to travel or live in.
