HOW TO KEEP THE COMPOSURE AND BE CALM?
#1
Don't pretend that you are "all wheels in a mechanical clock", you are just "one wheel" among many. Your task is to "rotate" smoothly: get the impulse from the biggest wheel and pass it to the smaller one. Don't form an internal conflict within the whole "clock". Just add up a little oil, - your love, - if other wheels are not rotating properly. Yes, you are very important and valuable "wheel". But you are not "the whole clock mechanism".
If you try to replace everyone and everything, than you will lose your composure. So learn to interact with others in a loving way: get them moving in harmony. Just remind yourself and others that there is that much you can do for them and you always try to do your best.

I like your comparison with the clock and agree with you. When one single wheel stops rotating in a clock, it affects the rest of wheels and the clock stops ticking. So is the man, when he stops acting, the world around him ceases to exist.
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

Everything is in our mind. The fact how we'll watch the world will influence our perception of the reality. That's why it is only you who can decide whether the clock should be ticking or not.
