Nice game, not for nervous people though. I never liked the things about biology and I can't even stand watching surgeries in movies. There is a nice movie to watch in this matter "Anesthesia".it's very jumpy

It's a good game for children in kindergarten or primary school. They can learn some elementary things about the human body and thereby will understand the role played by doctor within a society.
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."
