I personally prefer to eat salads from cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, salt and oil. One of the reasons is that it is tasteful, contains few calories. Also, I like pizza and ice-cream, but they are not very healthy

I prefer fresh fruit and vegetables too. Especially apricots, peaches, strawberries, cucumbers. But my best kind of food is pancakes with cottage cheese and honey.

I prefer to eat chips, beacon, fish, sometimes meat . I eat everything that's tasty. Especially I love sweets - cakes, ice-cream, black chocolate. But I don't really like to prepare food

I prefer to eat healthy food, no matter what it is, veggies, fruit or meat. I like tasty food but I know when to stop and to say no... Most of all I like salads and potatoes, fried and mashed..

I I prefer healthy food like vegetables and fruits, cereals and mushes but sometimes may have the desire to eat a cheesburger or hamburger that is not at all healthy food!

not caress I eat anything! but mostly I like how my mom cook! namely pies with cabbage, potatoes and cherry! also I like italian PIzza and sushi!

i prefer tasty and health food all the vegetables and fruits then i like the cookies and sweets. i try to eat more porrige and less bread and sugar products :-)

I prefer healthy food. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, beef and fish. I'm not eat white bread and rolls,but sometimes I can afford to eat pizza, MacDonald's, sweets,in a word... of the forbidden

Pasta, rice and potatoes - I like to feel full, and they give me the energy to train and stay mentally active all day. I try to make dishes with lots of vegetables to accompany these, like tomato and pepper sauce, or vegetable chilli or curry. I snack on fruit, and I have cereal bars as a reward if I go to the gym
I used to eat a lot of bread, but this is now rationed under my diet plan :-(
And I am addicted to chocolate, wine and coffee :roll: I must always find ways to avoid chocolate :lol: Every Saturday I am extra good with my diet, so that I can visit my favourite cafe for chocolate cake and real coffee, maybe share a bottle of nice wine :-)

Actually would be better if you eat every day a piece of chocolate, so you will reduce you desire for sweets and you will not add extra kg..

When I cook at home I am influenced by both...so I guess I'm a fusion guy...I really just enjoying cooking for the whole family and I don't care what it is...though something new and challenging is always the best...fresh caught Tuna for some home made sushi is one of my favorite dishes to make...I have my own stir fry sauce that I created and I can whip up at any moment...I prefer not to use recipes so baking is usually out of the question...

I am not health conscious lady so I eat anything as long as it has no poison. But sometimes when I'm on a diet I love to eat salads from cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet potato and any green salad. To add to that when I'm in a mood to eat i love pizza, chocolate to boost my energy and ice-cream

I prefer natural fresh products, such as fruits , vegetables, salads,beef,natural milk products.I prefer only seasonable fruits and vegetables,because it contain not so much pesticides.I byu only fresh
natural beef,chicken and milk products.Also I always loook at expiry,if it more than 3 days for milk products,it means that it contains preservatives

i prefer to eat potatoes with meat which are fried in the oven and also with prepared salad from cucumber, cabbage and olive oil. It is my favorite kind of food because besides its tasty it is also useful especially the salad which enrich the organism with vitamins.

I like too many things, but preferably I will always choose chocolate because it gives you energy, takes away your anxiety and you feel sad when you consume it, the pain weighs less, they are one of the things that makes it a great food and on this website I found more information about the chocolate that I liked is one of the best sources
