What do you usually eat for breakfast? I eat cornflakes with milk - "traditional" american breakfast.

I usually drink some coffee with biscuits or milk with a cake. Sometimes I eat 2 fried eggs with bacon and cheese, that's tasty! And there is all for now Smile

I usually eat 2 boiled eggs, 3 slices of bread with butter and jam - with tea or milk. Sometimes I eat oatmeal porridge with raisins and dried fruit.

I eat cucumbers and tomatoes for breakfast. Also I drink coffee with chocolate every morning, to maintain a good mood and keep fit. I don't like a substantial breakfast, that's because I will continue to eat so the whole day.

A low fat cereal like weetabix - it tastes like cardboard! But I'm losing some weight again, so it's worth it! :yahoo Or I have toast with margarine and marmite, or baked beans if I have time :-) And usually some fruit - bananas or berries.

Why only girls must feel morning? all must do.... girls do not eat morning not to unpleasing? how stupid .... is most important meal for body! eat people...eat...

I do not have a specific menu. Can I eat anything I want, anything I cook. Smile

when i got up i drink several cups of water and than i cook the griets with reisin and chocolate. :langue

usually eat a cereal with milk, fried eggs, tea and cakes, to keep me in good shape all day. But sometimes I can not eat anything. For me food is power Confusedlurp

Sometimes, a "cappuccino".

It is not good for your stomach do drink in the morning only coffee 'cause it contains a substance Cofeol - is poorly supported in the stomach, may give burns stomach, abdominal cramps and diarrhea, especially if it is consumed on an empty stomach...

For breakfast we should eat products of carbohydrate, because such products give us energy.You can eat porrige with fruits, honey,toasts,a little nuts. We have to remember that breakfast is very important to make your metabolism work.Breakfast eat yourself,lunch share with friend and dinner give your enemy)))

Breakfast is the main food from the entire day, that's why it should contain different products that are enriched with vitamins and it should not be very fat or fried. Also in the morning is very good to eat an apple or an orange. For me I always make a tea in the morning because it help to keep the energy all the day.
