I have greatly enjoyed Hotel Rochester and it has contributed to a fantastic stay and experience in Paris. First of all the staff are extremely professional and courteous - pretty rare in Paris. Front desk staff take time to talk to customers and don't brush them off and I really appreciated it. The concierge is a real pro, wearing proudly his Golden Keys as an award for his competence and knowledge and he KNOWS! And can really go over to please customers as he did to me, calling cabs, restaurants reservations, suggestions, etc. The hotel has a nice Spa and fitness center free to all its customers and massage on demand.
