Wanna be younger? Drink more wine!

Specifically, the researchers found that low doses of resveratrol mimic the effects of what is known as caloric restriction - diets with 20-30 percent fewer calories than a typical diet - that in numerous studies has been shown to extend lifespan and blunt the effects of aging.

I think it's mostly meant the red wine. Red wine contains special substances that gives natural energy to man (not alcohol Smile )

guys you're naive. Drinking wine everyday will affect your liver, and, when the liver is affected, you will have bags under your eyes! That's true

I also know that including dark chocolate in combination with wine in your diet will keep you younger.

Very true, as one of the substances in the wine will keep us younger, so with the Green Tea as well!

However, you should only consume in a suitable amount, as when it's overdose, you'll become the alcohol abuser.

Have you heard about Cahors wine? It's very rare, but can be found in countries like French, Moldova. A bit expensive, but some doctors recommend drink a little cahor before the meal.

For those who often donate blood, it's good to recover it by drinking red wine. Moreover, it's an advantage because the blood is permanently renewing.

Helen yes you are right. In large quantities wine as other spirits becomes the enemy for your body and no longer can be beneficial the properties of this divine beverage, as wine in the past are considered gods drink.

The list of wine benefits is long and growing surprising every time. Already known to be healthy for fighting heart diseases, moderate wine consumption brings many more health benefits.
Here below are just a few reasons why it is good to drink a glass of wine daily.
Control your weight ...
Several studies have found that people who drink wine daily, in moderation, are less fat than those who drink only occasionally. More specifically, wine consumers are more flexible and have less fat around the waist than drinkers of liquor, for example.

Food for the brain...
Wine helps to improve your memory. When researchers tested the memory of 70 year old women, they found that women who drink wine daily have better results than those who do not eat. Wine prevents blood clots and reduce inflammation of blood vessels, both of which are related to problems with memory and heart diseases, researchers said.

Combat ovarian disease...
Australian scientists observed in a study that a glass of wine a day reduces the risk of ovarian cancer by up to 50%. Previous studies of the University of Hawaii have reached the same conclusions. Experts believe that responsible for these tremendous results are antioxidants with anti-cancer properties which are found in abundance in wine. Moreover, a recent study by the University of Michigan, found that a red wine compound helps to kill cancer cells :oO

Build stronger bones...
Women who prefer to have a glass of wine from time to time have on average more bone mass than those who do not consume wine. Alcohol appears to raise levels of estrogen. This hormone slows the deterioration of bone tissues and less the production of new ones.

Prevent problems with blood sugar...
Women who drink 1-2 glasses of wine daily before menopause were 40% less likely to develop the 2nd type of diabetes than those who do not drink, says a study by Harvard Medical School. Although nobody knows exactly why wine seems to reduce insulin resistance to diabetes. :quoi

I thought that wine is good just for blood increase and it is also good for those people who have low pressure, because it increases it. But for that to be younger I didn't knew, and i think that it is not right. To be younger is to eat good food and to do exercises not drinking wine.
