ICM are a well known Market Research company. We need to increase our foreign language consumer telephone interviewing teams in our friendly North London telephone research centre. Our immediate need is for Dutch/Flemish interviewers. Training will be arranged for immediate starts for a project running, initially, into mid-June.
Prospective interviewers will need to be enthusiastic and articulate with an eye and ear for detail and a professional attitude: the ability to reassure and persuade are also valuable assets in this work.
Previous Market Research experience is preferred but all those with native language ability, in the relevant languages will be considered. Full training will be given to help you grasp our professional standards: we will monitor progress on an ongoing basis.
The work is flexible, but the main hours of work are 4.30pm until 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm at weekends. Shifts can be chosen to fit around your schedule, but the more shifts you work the easier you will find the job: we like you to work at least 3 full day shifts each week.
Pay ranges from £8.25 to £11 per hour and is paid fortnightly.
