Whats the best way to pack fudge?

I am sending some of my home made fudge to a friend of mine in Canada and I am not sure what would be the best way to send it. Every time I try to pack it in tight inside a brown bag I make a mess and it gets all over in the front of my pants so I decided to wrap and pack the fudge in plastic bag but I pack it in so tight that it explodes from the bag.

Any suggestions?
