This large international company based in the Docklands require a flexible and committed Billing Specialist to join their Team on a permanent basis.
The primary responsibility for this role is to process changes to contracts that impact customer accounts, billing, fulfilment, credits, earnings, refunds and revenue for all the products and businesses of the company. The post-holder will also provide direct support to the sales and client services departments. Your duties will include renewing and processing all contracts, cancellations and refunds, entering or eliminating new products, insuring that customers receive proper invoices, managing credit card charges through Oracle as well as manually, answering all billing telephone calls and emails.
Please note this is a permanent position, and applicants must be eligible to work in the UK for a minimum of 4 years.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate and provide examples of work experience in billing and accounting positions, will possess strong interpersonal as well as analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changes and embracing new systems. You will have a strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, and some experience with Oracle II would be advantageous.
