This well run and respected local authority is looking for a commercial property lawyer to join its team as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. They are looking for a candidate who can bring strong experience of commercial property work. The workload will be varied and this might include sales of land, preparation of leases and lease renewals, lease assignments, variations and surrenders, conditional contracts subject to planning permission as well as general advice work.
