Headache - the sign of organism disturbance
#1
Headache is caused by a disturbance of the pain-sensitive structures in the head. it is a pain in the head or upper neck. It is one of the most common locations of pain in the body and has many causes. Not all headaches require medical attention, and most respond with simple analgesia, such as paracetamol, aspirin and others.
Can you bring another remedy?

Yeah..it's awful when you have a headache, it's like you don't want to do nothing, just to relax and sleep..
A good method that helps when you have a headache is lemon. When I have a headache, then a piece of lime I eat but with another one I smear my forehead during one minute. After this procedure I have a healthy head

Hmm..You are right Martin, lemon is good when you have a headache. What about me, when I have a headache the only one thing that I do is taking a hot bath with salt and then staying in a warm bed drinking a cup o green tea. It calms down my pain and I usually fall asleep.

The symptoms of tension headache are:
A pain that begins in the back of the head and upper neck as a band-like tightness or pressure.
Described as a band of pressure encircling the head with the most intense pain over the eyebrows.
The pain is usually mild (not disabling) and bilateral (affecting both sides of the head).
