How to get up early in the morning???

How do you get used with getting up early in the morning when your sleep is sooooo sweet??? For me this part of the day is the most hated one!! And it already passed a lot of time since my daily table requests from me to wake up early and still I can get used to this!((((

I think that the best way is to set a clock and when it will ring you should stand up immediately because elsewhere you will never get up because you will have somnolence. it is important to fix in your mind that you should go somewhere you need to go.

If it's a hard for you to get out of bed in the morning, think of some things that are likely to wake you up. Try telling yourself that you're hungry and that you need food so you need to wake up, or something like that. You should set your clock somewhere where it will need to get up to turn it off.

The best you can do is to set your clock somewhere behind you and when it will ring you should jump from your bed and go to wash your face with cold water. It really works. You will not want any more to sleep.

It's easy to get up early when you're satisfied with your life. And to get satisfied with it is a kind of Art. As David Carradine wisely said: "if you cannot be a poet, be the poem".

What I try and do is have something to look forward to, for example if you know that there is a nice breakfast waiting for me then I am motivated to get up to eat it.
Think short term, concentrate on just that one thing, try and not to think about the forthcoming day and try to block out the negatives. Always strive for the positives.
