Working for a leading Charity Organisation who require a Part-time Administrator to work in their HR Department.
This position is from Monday to Friday from 09.30am to 2.30pm.
The ideal applicant will be covering the following duties;
Maintaining Personal Files and updating the database as required.
Administration of sickness/absence, annual leave and maternity records.
Maintaining ongoing audit of volunteer database, to support volunteer established approach.
Maintain records of mandatory training
Provide all administrative support to the recruitment processes, including obtaining references and CRB checks, and reporting and arranging interviews.
Provide admin support for employee and volunteer recruitment campaigns, e.g. advertisements, agency briefs, posters and leaflet drops.
Provide datasource for mail merges etc. Produce mail-outs.
To qualify for this role you must have the following experience/skills;
A level or equivalent in the English language.
IT literate in Word, Excel and Access and you must have mail merge experience and manipulation of data. Experience on Outlook is also needed.
Be discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
Confident and flexible when dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Good organisational skills and ability to keep accurate records.
Capable fo drafting responses and modifying standard letters.
Ideally you should live within a 5 mile radius of Harrow.
This is a permanent position with excellent benefits including pension scheme, 25 days annual leave and a basic salary which equates to £11 per hour.
