What sport requires the most brain calculations overall to play?
#1
I would assume that a sport where the athlete is not on the ground and the object is not in his hands would exponentially increase the brain calculations compared to others.

this may be a different answer than your requirments , buy it may well be box lacrosse at the SENIOR A level in canada . i was fortunate enough to be introduced to this sport in the 1940s , it is the fastest game on two feet , the equivlanet of a chess match, at full speed . one team on defence is trying to stop a player ,from realeasing a 110 mph shot , wearas the offence is trying to find a opening to shoot the shot . it makes for intresting results . thank you .

i think with your brain & using knowledge and tactic would probably be chess but if you are using skills learnt through practive i would say badminton because it requires all round knowledge of the game, shots and weaknesses of opponents which requires you to assess.

Rhytmic Gymnastics, where you throw the objects and while performing splits, leaps and flips, have to retrieve the object and estimate where it will land.
