On World of Warcraft there is a red bar that wont allow me to adjust the graphics past the "fair" setting. Does anyone know how to disable this red bar so i can make the graphics quality better?

I think Warcraft (though I do not play it or truly understand it) is telling you that your computer can't safely use those settings - probably to protect other players from unnecessary lag, etc.

Update your graphics card. I'm sure it will allow you to adjust higher than fair then.

The red bar is not a control. It is an indicator.
The controls are all over that screen. As you move the other controls, the red bar moves.

First look at your video card (better not be on-board), and update your drivers, then try again. If nothing then I'd suggest getting a new video card. If you just got Cataclysm, the graphics bar got set higher and older cards that could play the game before, now cannot.

My gnome and your main at my place. I kind of cheated with the Zygor guides (link). I'm so addicted to this game. Is there a question posted somewhere for handling WoW addiction? Hahaha...
