i heard you could travel 3rd class on the train i dont mind that but any tips suggestions?

I don't think you can get there by train - as you have to cross water. Even if you took a ferry from Finland to the European mainland, you would then have to travel all the way to the west coast of France and take the train underneath the water to England and then travel all the way to Wales from there. It only makes sense to fly between Finland and Wales

Flight is your best option. I don't see any non-stop, low-cost air service between Wales and Finland. However, you could put 2 tickets together--via Dublin, for example--with Aer Lingus or Aer Arann, switching to Ryanair onward to Helsinki or Tampere. Just allow plenty of time between flights in case of delays.
