Okay that was pretty mean. But the truth still stands that if you don't do well in school, and subsequently miss out on college, you're going to severely narrow your choices once you're out in the work force.
If that doesn't work, try getting together with some friends for a study session. Just remember what you're gathering for, and don't start any pillow fights until you know all of your material throughly.
