Once a TurboTax account is created, it cannot be removed. Only you can clear the data you would have provided for tax filing using the Clear and Start Over feature. However, you can deactivate account by providing your documentation to substantiate who you are. So by deactivating or abandoning, you can remove TurboTax account easily.
