We are currently recruiting for Club Managers to work in various locations in London for a well know health and fitness club.
Successful candidates must have or be able to demonstrate the following:
* Previous Management experience preferably within a health and fitness environment
* Exceptional leadership qualities
* Excellent management skills
Main responsibilities of the Club Manager are:
* Maximising overall profitability of your club
* Creating a friendly and enjoyable environment in which you role model professionalism, honesty and integrity.
* Promoting all the clubs products and services to maximise revenue
* Generating ideas and minimising loss potential with a close focus on cost control
* Recruiting, developing and performance managing a high performing team.
* Accepting full profit and loss accountability for your club through the management of your team and aim to exceed profit targets set by your Line Manager
* Achieve to aim and exceed new membership sales and revenue targets through the support of your sales team
* Continually drive productivity levels of your sales team
* Hold daily meetings with each Membership Sales Advisor
* Setting your teams targets through regular review meetings, managing the team to deliver these expectations
* Motivating and supporting your team to help them to achieve their sales targets
* Operate your club within the agreed expenditure budget, focusing on wage costs, operating expenses and stock control.
The salary for this position is negotiable.
