The Chinese and the Japanese use to drink hot tea during the meals, and not cold water. Maybe it's about time for us to overtake this tradition.
This article is for everybody, and especially for those who like to drink cold water. It feels good to drink a glass of cold water after the meal, but cold water hardens the oily food you that you just ate. Digestion is stopped. When it interacts with the acid, it blows up and is swallowed by the intestine faster than the hard food. It passes into the intestine and it turns very quickly into fat, which leads to cancer. It's recommended to drink hot soup or warm water after the meal.

That's very interesting, thank you. I also like to drink cold water during the launch. From now on I will try to consume more tea.

that's correct, also if you can, try telling your friends about this. The more this information is spread, the more lives, maybe, could be saved.

Besides of the above benefits, the tea can also be used as the weight lose supplement, where you're advised to drink at least a cup of tea, after you've enjoyed the meals...

no problems with taking tea with you anywhere you go. You just need to buy a thermos for liquid. It will keep the tea warm and won't let the natural smell get away.
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

just another advice related to correct eating: do not eat after 7 o'clock. This will cause a bit load to your stomach and in the future you may have gastritis.

Yeah, by the way, you should also sleep before 11pm, as this is the best moment for your liver to detoxify all the toxic out from your body...

Avoid consuming coffee, generally, but, mostly in the evening. The blood pressure will rise very soon and thereby you can cause many problems to yourself, instead of simply having a good sleep.

Eat little sugar. Remember that the excess of sugar in the blood can lead to pancreatic diabetes, which is almost untreatable.

Even if you drink warm water/tea/coffee during a meal, don't hasten to swallow this. The food should be carefully chewed. Otherwise you're making the stomach put more effort for mixing the food, which in future may cause a disease.

It is important that during meals to drink water at the same temperature as the temperature in the stomach. In this case there would be never problems with the digestion. Chinese and Japanese are very smart people and we should take as an example from them.
