Today on 3 July, the Chukchi Peninsula governor, Roman Abramovich, retired. This was a shock for the Chukchi, people liked him, although everybody knew he is an oligarch. But he knew how to make the region prosper and develop. The local citizens were satisfied during his governing period because the level of life has significantly been risen.
Experts consider his retirement to be an act of Medvedev, who establishes a new policy. Maybe he considers Abramovich not to be very good for a governing posts.
Also many assess his governing to be inefficient because he pays to much attention to developing his football club Chelsea.

There is no doubt he had his personal interests during his governing period. I don't know, these are people who have to decide whether to leave him or not at this position. If Medvedev dismissed him, he made a mistake.

Oh come on, this is not Medvedev who dismissed him. I don't think Abramovich wanted to risk his reputation by holding this position. He has enough money and needs no problem with the power.

Actually, before that, Abramovich handed in twice the applications for retiring, but Putin convinced him not to leave the position.

There is no “Medvedev order” in the country. Everybody knows that Putin is ruling everything around.
And about Abramovich: the change of presidents was just a good occasion
A) to give Abramovich what he wanted for a time already, and that’s: leaving his official position;
B) to simulate an independent and powerful president, whom tries Mevedev to be, unfortunatley for him, people know that Putin still has the power

unless you have friends in Kremlin, keep silence PLEASE!
Medvedev makes order in Russia ... and defends his "citizens" in another country with TU-22 bombers and strategic rockets... with Russian Army stealing everything (even toilets) in neighbour country... yes, yes, order is order :haha
