You will be the first point of contact for all mortgage enquiries. Taking incoming calls from customers, you will do your utmost to resolve all issues. Another key part of the role is to retain customers, by identifying those who may be looking to leave and passing thrm through to the mortgage options team. You will also pass any other customers who wish to buy any other financial products to the Consumer Finanace team.
Candidates must have customer service skills as well as a friendly, helpful personality. So if your enthusiastic, accurate, confident on the telephone and know your way around a computer this could be the role for you.
