prophylaxis for your health - morning exercises

People I just want to suggest you to do morning exercises. It's the best way to prevent any diseases. Morning exercises improve blood circulation and consequently your immunity improves. This particularly refers to people who's work consists of sitting in front of the monitor. Personally I practice exercises every day and I feel great. If I don't, it feels like I miss something, the day goes passive. How about you, are you practicing morning exercises?

I agree with you. I practice morning exercises once in 3-4 days because of the lack of time. But if I had time, I would make them daily

but you have to find time, because - job is job, but health is much more expensive. I mean if you get sick, you will spend more money on treatment, so think about it

morning exercise is good, I agree. But, in order to feel good all day long, you have to eat the meals in time and in the necessary quantity.
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

even healthy meals without fitness/exercises is useless. You gotta combine all these things and step by step build a strong and resistant health.

Morning exercisers enjoy even more health benefits by getting out of bed for phsical activity.

If you have an active life style, you don't need any morning exercise. You should be movable each day if you wann be healthy.

yes, but if one is a computer programmer, he needs a lot of moves to make during the day. But he can't afford it because of the time. So the solution is morning exercises.

Yep, I totally agree of Peter's thought here...

I always tell my family and friends, it is better to do the excersies in the morning than evening, as it is the beginning of a new day and we will feel a lot more refresh afte the excercises. Confuseduper

that's correct Willy. However when doing these exercises, we have to be careful not to overload our body and physically. I mean it can easily be done, by accident. In the morning it is dangerous to give such loads to the heart.

It is good to wake up in the morning and to make some exercises for the god blood circulation in our body and for good stretching of the muscles, besides you will feel like reborn and you will not want to sleep any more.
