Millions of people around the world are fighting against weight, whereas I don’t know how to gain it. I know that you all are gonna tell me to eat more. But, believe me, I eat more than you do. It’s just that I spend a lot of energy on playing tennis, and it’s difficult for me to gain weight.

why are you not happy about it? It doesn't matter what is your weight! Many would love to be you if you can't gain it. Enjoy the way you are.

Having a heavier weight is necessary for playing such sports as - tennis, box, athletics etc.
But, be careful, once you gain weight it will be difficult to get rid of it

Remember, regardless of the mode you choose to gain weight, you must not increase it too fast. For example gaining more than 800g-1kg a week means you're consuming to much fat, so this is very unhealthy. Do it step by step, don't hasten

yes, that's strange you're looking for a way to gain weight when everybody is doing the opposite thing. If you want to gain weight try to eat 5-6 times a day. Not too much, but often. So let's say at - 7:30 12:30 16:00 19:00 11:00.

don't forget that you have to do some physical exercises. You have to regulate the fat in your body, 'cause if you're gonna have a belly and a fat ass! You don't need that.

Always eat, don't move, go to your job by your car. Watch TV with remote control and surf the net simultaneously. Don't stand up often; get all the information sitting in your chair. Live this life for half a year and you'll have 100kg. Oh, and don't forget to go to McDonalds from time to time...

This type of people will burn any energy rapidly and will we always need to keep eating as well.
Believe it or not, my body weight is a measly 61 kg and I'm a skinny guy with the 1.83 cm height.

Well, to be honest, it does have some negative effects with my light weight, especially most of the girls don't like the skinny guys...

Why don't you then just strive for gaining weight. It might be difficult, but if you try eating much, you could gain about 2-3 net kg per month.

Maybe you practice sports and your body eliminates quickly the unnecessary elements? People who have an active life style are not usually fat you know

I’m a skinny type of person, and I tried a lot of procedures, but no effect. But suddenly I discovered something that worked for me. I was on a vacation, like one month at the seaside, and I may say that eating regularly, three times a day but relaxing all day long gained me like 3 kg and it was constant. I mean I didn’t lose them the next days or something like this. I guess the human body gains weight when it is treated in an excellent way.
The summer is not over yet, so anybody can make an experiment, if they afford the time though. However it is worth it.

Discovered a good method of gaining weight: McDonalds. No joking - gained 3 kg in two weeks because had no time to prepare meals and went to McDonalds. That food is very nutritious.

Interesting, everyone wants to lose weight, you want to gain it . You know, if you wanna be like Americans, you may try to eat junk food - hot-dogs, hamburgers, pizza - all that contains a lot of calories - peanuts, ale etc.
In a month you'll see how you gained weight

Here is a healthy plan that I am currently on.
The plan has 3 components:
1) Free foods, which you eat as many as you like: Fruit, vegetables, meat substitutes (tofu, quorn), fat-free dairy and eggs. You can also choose to eat either unlimited lean meat, or unlimited potato, pulses and cereals (oats, rice, etc.)
2) A treat, like chocolate, sugary or fatty foods, or some alcohol - if you allow yourself one small portion, you can be healthy without denying yourself :lol:
3) Healthy foods which are high calorie: Bread, processed breakfast cereals, nuts and seeds, oil, dairy products, processed soy and cereal products (like soy and rice milks, non-dairy cheese)
Obviously, you can tailor this plan to your personal preferences (e.g. if you are vegetarian, or allergic to something). For optimum health it is best to try and eat a wide variety of foods that encompass your vitamin needs.
To lose weight you eat 2 portions of the high calorie Healthy foods every day, and to maintain your weight eat 3 portions. To gain weight, try to eat more of these kinds of foods. This way you will gain weight without making yourself ill on junk food ;-)

Yeah, eat as much as possible, and what is important always think about food. Even if you are not hungry try to eat something sweet and it will tempt your appetite. Good luck
