Consultancy firm based in Victoria require an administrator to assit the admin team covering a few different departments. The duties include
* Entering and validating financial and contractual data for monthly Team Target spreadsheets
* Updating PowerPoint presentations from Excel data
* Setting up video conference calls
* Entering expenses for Corporate Credit Cards into an international intranet network
* Liaising with other teams including Finance, Human Resources, Administration and Sales so to complete regular and ad hoc tasks for Business Development Managers
* Booking and arranging conference rooms, client entertainment and hotel accommodation for Senior Management, Regional Directors and International Clientele
* Sorting post, sending couriers packages and completing general administrative and PA duties
* Maintaining an efficient email system
Applicants must have good IT skills be a confident communicator, have office administration experience, be a team player, organised and be flexible.
