I´ve never actually thought of "sex tourism" existing in Europe but I suppose that anywhere there is prostitution there is sex to be had in the same way as in Thailand. I can tell you that prostituion is now illegal in Sweden so you´re out of luck here unless you´ve got lots of money and have connections.
