I am looking for job in germany.? - MichaelWRuiz - 01-26-2011 I am moving to Germany as well to attend Grad school. From what I've heard it is somewhat difficult to get a job there. They will fill the position with German citizens first, if none can be found that want the job, then EU citizens, then other countries have a chance. Good luck. It is a great country to live in! (One thing you could do to get your foot in the door is go to a PhD course.) They are usually 3 years and in many cases they will allow you to do your thesis in English. Check out the DAAD for information. The PhD courses are usually free and you can get a stipend through DAAD. Once you graduate from a german university, it will be easier. |
