I have a masters degree in USA in Computer Sciences. I know history about Germany and German people and i liked it. I am planning to get a job in Germany. I dont know any procedures how to apply to Germany. Could someone help me. I know basic German language.

Why don't you just get a job in the US? You have a much better chance of getting a job in your own country unless you have business contacts in Germany.

I am moving to Germany as well to attend Grad school. From what I've heard it is somewhat difficult to get a job there. They will fill the position with German citizens first, if none can be found that want the job, then EU citizens, then other countries have a chance. Good luck. It is a great country to live in! (One thing you could do to get your foot in the door is go to a PhD course.) They are usually 3 years and in many cases they will allow you to do your thesis in English. Check out the DAAD for information. The PhD courses are usually free and you can get a stipend through DAAD. Once you graduate from a german university, it will be easier.
