A burn can be treated by putting a leaf of fresh cabbage of chopped carrot on the place of the burn.
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

pulp of grated raw potato must be put to the burnt place. Bind the burn and make this procedure every three hours (if the burn is fresh)

1 table spoon of crumbled nastrium leaves mix with 50 grams of vegetable oil - moisten the tampons and put over the burn place.

you can put dairy butter to the burned place. But if the burn leaves some kind of small bubbles on the skin, go to the doctor.

you have to know that there are four types of burns. It's not difficult to distinguish them:

1. First-degree burn - the skin is reddening and swelling
2. Second-degree burn - bubbles appear with liquid inside them
3. Third-degree burn - looks like an open injury
4. Fourth-degree burn - the most dangerous one, the skin is charking, the muscles and tendons are uncovered.

if the burn is of the first degree it is not necessary to go to a doctor for treating it, so you can use traditional methods. But if it's 2,3 or 4 degree, don't risk and consult with doctor, since it's a high risk of having an infection.

putting toothpaste on the burn might be painfully, right? Are you sure it will treat the burn and not worsen more?

Yep, I'm 100% about this method, although you might need some guts to put the toothpaste on your burn, as you will feel a little bit itchy on the burn...

A good remedy is to put salt on the slash or very cold water, or the best is to put a wet cloth and make bandages with it for some couple of hours, changing them frequently. It will decrease the pain and prevent some scars.
