We are looking for desk side support engineers that our clients wouldn't mind taking for a beer.
The job is fairly straight forward: In simple terms, help our clients fix their IT.
It's a varied role. Some onsite work (Mainly central London), some telephone/remote, some office based. We work hard and have fun at the same time.
You need.....
...to have a good handle on Windows operating systems (2000 through Vista)
...to understand infrastructure and server essentials
...a working knowledge of how the Office Suite works (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel etc)
...a positive attitude, willingness to learn, perfect speaking and written English
