We are currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager for a hospital in the midlands to manage the large cleaning team
Job Description
To ensure consistently good quality level of services to the NHS trust hospital, managing the team of approximately 200 cleaners
To lead the service team to meet and exceed performance targets in productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction
To ensure that quality monitoring and activity reporting are implemented in line with all current legislation
To provide support and mentoring for all members of the domestic services team
To manage and evaluate objectives and targets set in the business plan
To assist in the compilation and preparation of financial plans with senior cleaning manager
To ensure employee relationships are conducted in a positive manner
Required Experience
You will have at least 2 years experience in domestic management preferably within the Healthcare sector
You will have experience of risk management and method statements
Experience in client liaison and customer care
The ability to communicate with all staff levels
Knowledge of Microsoft office package
