Regional Operations Manager - Learning Disabilities required by specialised, expanding care provider with care homes, each with approximately 10 beds, for adults with learning disabilities and associated complexities.
Subject to where the successful applicant lives, the region will cover care homes primarily in Kent and Sussex, but also in Essex, Surrey and to the north of London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a very specialised and professional care provider with high standards of care for learning disabilities and care facilities furbished to the highest specification.
The Regional Operations Manager will oversee, lead, co-ordinate, support and continuously improve all aspects of management with the care homes, including managerial supervision, co-ordination of staffing hours, consistent approaches to care, occupancy, use of evidence-based pratice, quality assurance, disciplinary meetings.
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall line management of new and exisiting care homes within the group, ensuring care standards exceeding the National Minimum Standards for Younger Adults, developing Registered Managers, recruitment, maintaining positive links with CSCI and other professional groups.
The position reports to the Operations Director.
Candidates will have substantial, successful UK experience of learning disabilities home management, plus NVQ 4 / RMA qualifications.
Annual salary will be £38,000 plus bonus and company car.
