An exciting job awaits the successful candidate for this Customer Relationship Manager position. Working from our clients regional office in St Ives this is a great opportunity for somebody with sales and business development experience to take forward and help develop further, their customer relationship strategy.
The overall purpose of the role is to manage the relationship between the client and customers by implementing a sales and contact strategy to develop business and ensure customer retention, across a geographical area.
- Account Management - proactive approach to building relationships with centres and identify business opportunities to meet regional/national income target.
- Sales Management - Production of sales forecasting by customer type, product, sector and volume for business planning.
- Seek and maintain an up to date knowledge of industry, competitive activity and customer issues.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of key existing and new products and services to enable achievement or business objectives.
