Looking for an interesting and challenging customer service role within a very well known company that are growing rapidly?
Do you have excellent customer service skills, ideally within a technical support environment?
Then this is the role for you! My client, based in Cambridge, is looking for a very important addition to their customer support team.
Candidates must have excellent communication and organisational skills along with a brilliant telephone manner. Good level of computer skills are also essential.
General knowledge of audio equipment such as iPods, iPod products and home audio setups would be an advantage!
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm and salary will be negotiable, based on experience.
