Our client, an Insurance Broker with an excellent reputation, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Adviser to their close knit claims team.
The role is based in just outside central Croydon and is a regular 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday office based role. This is a permanent role
You will be expected to work on the phone dealing with customers enquiries ranging from simple queries to complex insurance claims. There will also be a range of administrative duties that make this a busy role.

The starting salary for this role is £16,000.
