Working on b ehalf of a leading UK digital sport channel your role will involve handling all incoming mail, emails and contacting customers to deal with issues.
You will possess excellent written and communication skills and be able to provide high standards of customer care at all times and ensuring timely and accurate records of information on company database ensuring all communication is logged and processing of refunds and offering goodwill gestures. Ideally, candidates will have previous administration eperience gained in an office environment.
