WHEN YOU ARE VERY CONVINCED...
#1
Have you noticed how people communicate their ideas, in which they are very convinced?

Well, they have a tendency to dominate the discussion. But the truth doesn't need to be pushed forcefully. Why? Because, if it is really the truth, it makes the way to people hearts in a tender fashion.
What the truth wants from us, is that we will support it with reasonable arguments in a mild and tender way.
It is a preconceived idea that the truthful ideas must be forced into people minds. Anyone must be assured by himself if an idea is truthful or not. And this can be achieved only though a free acceptance of what is truthful idea.
If we put pressure on ideas, we distort them. So it's more difficult, or impossible for them to reach people's heart.

I agree with your thoughts, Igor, but only 50/50. I understand what you're saying. Yes, the truth is truth, and doesn't require force neither needs to be pushed. However, there are situation when the people you are talking to are so stubborn, that even telling them 2+2 is 4 can not convince them. This is where truth needs to be pushed for opening one's eyes.

well Terry, in this case, just relax, and let them spend a little time in order to understand the things you were talking about.

I don't call that pressure. They are called arguments, that can make truth things seem real on those who refuse to see them like that.

If one is geared up for his position, arguments will enter his ear and go out through another ear.
