:? Here in the UK, over the last several years, I've noticed a staggering number of young bees, dead, on pavements everywhere in early summer. Since bees tend to fly within 10 ft of the ground, they are obviously being killed by cars.
Bees are extremely vital for life. Without their pollenation the world would lose about 30% of its food source. No bees, no pollen, no plants, no animals, no humans.

According to a new study in the (PNAS) team The bees may be dying not from a single toxin or disease but rather from an assault directed by a collection of pathogens.
Here's an article explaining that there might be a cure for a sick bees. <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://insects.about.com/b/2009/04/14/researchers-may-have-found-the-cure-for-dying-honey-bees.htm">http://insects.about.com/b/2009/04/14/r ... y-bees.htm</a><!-- m -->

From my point of view it is because global warming, the climate is changing and all the system is suffering. Because of the global warming everyone is suffering. I think that honey bees are dying because the climate is changing every day, in one day it's warm another one is cold, and from this sudden temperature changing bees are dying because they are not get used with such of cold climate and they can not survive in this conditions. It is very sad because these creatures bring us the best natural product - honey, I htink humanity should do something with that, to help in creating good conditions and to bring our climate to normal activity.

Yes, it is true. Scientists still can't found out the reason of such mass dying.Among the possible explanations are te use of pesticides in agriculture, some new types of parasites,also sress what decrease the immunity in bees. There is a serious threat to agriculture,because bees pollinate many crops. Another possible reason of bees dying is cell phones' radiation, it violates the bees orientation system.
