Working for this quality French Brasserie part of a group, they are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to join their venture.
You will need previous experience within similar quality restaurants or brasseries, able to work to high volumes and with the highest standards.
Strong team player, passionate, flexible and an eye for detail is also required.
Position involves working 7 shifts per week over 5 days.
