ONE VITAL THING AT THE END OF THE DAY
#1
Do you know how many people end up their day feeling very unhappy?

Consider such a hypothetical situation. During a certain day you did your best. but at the end of the day you think that you have not done enough or have done nothing. If you admit this thought, you are unsatisfied and, consequently, unhappy. But what if you focus your mind only on good things, which you have done during that day?

For instance, you had a sincere conversation with one of you colleague for the first time. He opened up to you as never before. Is it a little thing? It could appear like nothing. but what if God gave you this opportunity to be there for you colleague, when he needed to talk to someone?

So, your mind concentrates on bright moments of the day. You are satisfied and you have happy thoughts related to those moments. shouldn't you say "thank you" for this at the end of the day?

There is definitely at least one thing during the day which had caused positive influence on somebody or something. Still, this thought shouldn't encourage us, since we have to always dare for more and strive for achieving new targets. Otherwise we will not progress

This good thought could encourage us to do better things. When one feels desperate, he will act less and less decisively and thus will achieve less and less things. That's why it really is important to note the good things in life.
