The current president of Georgia, M. Saakashvili, being nicknamed Michael the Terrible by his own citizens, to all seeming, has completely lost his competence and even situational consistency. See for yourself!

Now Georgian mass media has reported about the next accident, which shows everybody that the Georgian leader has fully lost the control over own behavior. According to some witnesses recently M. Saakashvili has given a dusting and even stung his Premier, Grigol Mgaloblishvili!
And there is no surprise that after it a number of local psychiatrists have had to diagnose that Georgian President is mentally ill. Their foreign colleagues have agreed that Saakashvili’s current behavior gives clear evidence of the high degree of anxiety, which is typical for mentally handicapped persons. They have pursued detailed psychological study of Saakashvili’s personality and prepared a special document, consisting of 5 chapters and including the diagnosis (strong mental disorder of paranoid type) and recommendations for his medical maintenance. But the matter is that Mr. Saakashvili stubbornly refuses to receive any treatment of this sort, thinking himself absolutely sane.

Hey, even if these assertions are correct, we can't call Saakashvili to be mentally sick. I think any great leader has psychological problem. But this is specific to them, since these traits outpoint them and make them leaders.
